The E6 series is the third mini-Shinkansen in Japan, operating on Super Komachi on Tohoku Shinkansen and Akita Shinkansen since 16 March 2013. It has the formation of 7 car with feature of active suspension that can increase the stability of the train and maintain high speed when the train is on the curve. Same as E5, it has a very mordern and unique design.
